Digital Refund Policy
The practice pack is a one-time digital download. We aim to resolve genuine delivery and quality problems fairly while recognising that digital files can be copied after access.
When to contact us
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if the pack was bought twice by mistake, the download is corrupt or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working replacement, or the delivered product is materially different from the description on the pricing page.
Change-of-mind requests
Because the pack is digital and is made available immediately after successful payment, change-of-mind cancellation rights may be affected once digital delivery begins where applicable law allows and the required information or consent is presented at checkout. We do not promise a refund merely because the purchaser later decides not to use an accurately described, successfully delivered pack.
How to request help or a refund
The adult purchaser should email support@saasfeecalculator.com from the address used at checkout. Include the Creem order ID, purchase date, and a short explanation. Never email full card details, a card security code, a password, or identity documents.
We normally respond within three business days. Approved refunds are processed through Creem, the Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside ParlePrêt’s control.
Statutory rights
This policy does not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.
