Terms of Use and Sale
These terms cover the free browser practice tool and the optional ParlePrêt GCSE French Speaking Practice Pack.
Independent educational resource
ParlePrêt is an independent practice resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of AQA, Pearson Edexcel, Cambridge, or any other exam board. Its prompts are original and are not past papers, confidential assessment material, official mark schemes, predictions, or guaranteed grade advice.
The free practice tool
The core browser tool is supplied free of charge and as available. Its transcript and feedback are automated learning aids, not an official grade. Speech recognition and speech synthesis depend on the user’s browser, device, language settings, and third-party speech provider, and may be unavailable or inaccurate.
The optional paid pack
- The displayed base price is $9.90 USD as a one-time payment, not a subscription.
- Creem is the Merchant of Record and shows the final total and applicable tax before payment.
- The pack is delivered digitally after a successful checkout recorded by Creem.
- The adult purchaser may use it within one household, or as one individual teacher with learners they directly teach.
- The pack may not be resold, publicly posted, shared through public drives, or repackaged as another product.
Purchases involving a learner under 18
A parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult should make and manage the purchase when the learner is under 18. A minor should not submit payment information or agree to purchase terms without the involvement and permission of a responsible adult.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass payment, or redistribute the paid pack.
- Do not present ParlePrêt feedback as an official exam-board result or teacher assessment.
- Do not include private personal information in a practice answer.
Educational limitations
ParlePrêt cannot guarantee recognition accuracy, pronunciation assessment, curriculum coverage, examination results, or continuous availability. Learners should check important language and assessment decisions with a qualified teacher and the current official specification for their course.
Refunds, support, and mandatory rights
The Refund Policy explains the reasonable boundaries for an immediately delivered digital product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Support is available at support@saasfeecalculator.com.
